Hotel & Restaurant Accessibility Guidance for our Disabled Guests

No 131

The heritage, charm and nuances of No.131 in the Cheltenham can create some challenges for some of our guests with mobility concerns.

This general guide is intended to provide additional information for all our guests who wish to attend our hotel or restaurant. Ongoing recognition and empathy for our guests with impairments, which could include mobility, sight, hearing, learning disabilities or any other hidden impairment, is a priority for us to ensure your stay or dining experience is a comfortable one.

We wholly recommend discussing your individual needs when making your hotel or restaurant booking with our trained reservations team, to ensure we meet any personal requirements.

  • There are steps up to our property and any required ramp access should be arranged in advance of your booking/arrival
  • Guestrooms do not have lift access
  • Not all guestrooms are suitable for wheelchair users, please discuss this at the time of booking to ensure we designate the most suitable room on the ground floor
  • We do not have designated disabled bathroom facilities

The nature and style of our property and the alteration restrictions imposed with listed buildings both inside and out, naturally give rise to challenges for complete access to be given to everybody. We will always provide an empathetic and personal service to ensure your comfort.

We would like to request that anyone with special needs or disabilities contact us prior to arrival, to ensure we are ready to assist with any specific requirements.

We look forward to welcoming you.
